You should have received your new IP address(es) via Email. Hello LAX customers, We'll be beginning the migration to CHI1 from LAX1 now. Downtime should be minimal if all is uneventful. Expected downtime should be no more than 20 minutes. Hey again, Just keeping you informed that we'll be migrating our LA OpenVZ node to Chicago today. Everyone's server will be going offline today for approximately 10-30 minutes while we migrate each VPS individually. Nothing will be changing but your IP address, which will be sent to you via a special Welcome email. If you do not recieve this email by 9pm tonight, or your server is offline...

This week we're going to be migrating all FTP accounts from FileZilla-Server to IIS (Windows) FTP for better integration with your other services. Please check in your panel if your password is listed under all of your website accounts. If it says "Pre-defined" we'll need you to open a ticket with a new FTP password...
